Whats Server Time Zone.

I was Wondering What is the Timezone For The Server Cause It Wasnt On yesterday and i had to Go At 11pm Gmt Time.
Please inform me of server Uptimes

I think my time zone is Central. The server can be expected up from 3:30pm-11:30pm weekdays until I get a VPS.
Weekend times will vary but typically will be around 12:30pm - 2:00am.
