If you need help with anything through out the server please join clan chat (help). Or you may come up to me or any of the other staff members and get help from us.

I think it's a good idea. But I highly doubt anyone is going to use the clan chat.. Most likely people just go to yell channel and spam "I need a staff member to help me" Or they just come up to you and spam you in public chat til you respond.
