Just because you report a player DOES not mean he/she will recive a punishment, valid proof is nessescary in order, also you CAN report a staff member with valid proof, please do not abuse this,.

This is a great section because this helps me out by having reports come in. Remember guys the more evidence you have the better. If you have screen shots or anything the report is more stronger.
